Help us end the season on a high note

We need your support!

We had a blast on June 11th at Atelier Rosemarie Umetsu with Continuum Karaoke II.  Great food, great wine, great company and, um, “great” singing – what a way to wrap up our 30th anniversary season!

This year has been full of exciting accomplishments.  In October, we presented Souvenir, the final step in a project started nearly 20 years prior; in March, we officially feted our 30th anniversary with 30 More!; later that month we teamed up with the Toronto District School Board for an outstanding Continuum in the Classroom; and, most recently, Collide, the fantastic collaborative effort with Subtle Technologies.  There is much to celebrate:  great audiences, some nice press, and a privately funded commission – our first in many years.

Before we share with you details of our 2015–2016 season – we’re busily finalizing all the details – we need your help to ensure that we end this season on a high note.  Even with all of our accomplishments this year, we have fallen short of our fundraising targets. With your help, we can ensure that we start next season from a positive financial position – a vital step as we continue to tackle our accumulated deficit.  It has been shrinking steadily over the past number of years; your donation can help us eliminate it altogether.

Donations can be made online quickly and easily via Canada Helps or, if you prefer to send a cheque, please make it out to Continuum and send it to 300 Bloor Street West, Toronto, M5S 1W3.

We appreciate your continued support.  This has been a fantastic year, and it’s been such a pleasure to have you share it with us.

Sincerely,

  • Ryan Scott (Artistic Director)
  • Josh Grossman (Operations Manager)
